I have not received my hotel confirmation. What must I do?

Normally you receive a confirmation from us within 3 days after you have made your booking.

If you have not received your confirmation after 3 days, you must check your e-mail system’s spam-inbox. The spam filter sometimes stops the confirmation from reaching your ordinary inbox. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us at the following E-mail: fjordtours@fjordtours.no.

I cannot download and print my Fjord Pass®. What can I do?

Download Adobe Reader: If you cannot download your card, go to the following site and download Adobe Reader, then try again. http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

How to print the card: To open the file, click the link to your Fjord Pass® card. You will now see a picture of your card. Use the icon on your upper left hand side showing a printer, click this icon and answer “ok” on the following question.

If this does not work, click on File on the menu bar, choose Print, and then ok.

If it still does not work. Save the adobe file (your card) on you computer. Close the Acrobat Reader program, and then open the saved file (your card) from its location on your computer. Use the printing description listed above to print the card.
