Validity periods

Fjord Pass® is valid ALL YEAR. However the hotels may choose in which validity periods they would like to participate. The validity periods for 2008 are as follows:

1. All year 
2. May 1st - September 30th. In addition all weekends (Fri-Sun) the rest of the year. 
3. May 1st - September 30th. 
4. June 1st - August 31st.

Check the validity period of your hotel before doing the booking!

Reservations

Advance room reservations are done by using our booking service (book here!) free of charge or by contacting the hotel directly.

Bookings required within 5 days before your planned arrival must be made directly to the hotels. Please notice! It's important that you inform staff that you are a Fjord Pass® cardholder both when booking and checking in.

Rooms booked in advance will be held for you until 6 p.m. on the planned day of you arrival. After 6 p.m. your room will be made available to other guests unless you have notified the hotel in advanced of your late arrival.

Cancellation must be made by 6 p.m. at the latest on the day before your arrival. If not, the hotel may bill you for the stay you booked. Please note that reservations made via Fjord Tours must be cancelled through Fjord Tours and not the hotel.

Cancellations outside Fjord Tours' opening hours must also be done directly to the hotel.
Fjord Tours opening hours:
Mon - Fri  from 9am to 4pm.
Saturday and Sunday closed.

Payment is done directly to the hotel on the day of departure. Most hotels accept credit cards.

Refund:

There is no refund for Fjord Pass® bought.
