About the trip:
We paddle down calm stretches and through narrow canyons, admiring the beautiful scenery of the Heidal valley. The excitement builds as we drop into the classic rapids of the Sjoa River with names like “Gulf Stream”, “Haystacks”, “Bye-Bye Baby”, Faukstad drop and many more. After we have rafted the 15 km, we return to our base where a hot lunch will be served.

5 hours - starts at 10:00 in the morning.
